test(adr-076): two-path dispatch invariants + ci-full wiring

Browse source 
bond-dispatch-test.sh asserts: bond-only activates, bare refuses, repo_kind
activates identically with/without a carrier (additive invariant), bond rescues
a non-matching repo_kind. Wired into ci-full via ci-bond-dispatch.
